[Tutorial] How to make No-Delay hack!

Today we will be learning on how to make No-Delay!

Things you might need

HaRepacker
A backup of Skill.wz
This might not work on melee skills and buffs, eg. Double Stab, Meditation

Making the hack~

First of all, open up HaRepacker. When it's open you should see a dropmenu. Make sure it's on GMS. Okay, now go to File>Load and browse to your skill.wz (found in your Maplestory folder). Where it says [+] Skill.wz, click on the [+]. A whole bunch of numbers should appear. These are the codes of your job. Find the job you want to edit (codes will be posted at end of tutorial). Double click on it. Then, [+]Info and [+]Skill should appear. Double click on [+]Skill. Even longer numbers should appear now. These are the codes for your skills. Find out which one is the skill you want to edit. The way I do this is I double click on the code. The word Icon should appear somewhere. Single click on this and a picture should appear. If this is the right picture, then click on action. A number or two should appear. Click on it and at the top of HaRepacker click Property>Change Property. In the second box down (content) replace whatever is there with "rapidfire". Now click File>Save and save it as skill.wz. If it asks to replace, click yes, but make sure you have a backup file.
